✨ Booking & Appointments
All appointments must be booked online through our scheduling system or text (904-209-9409)
A valid card on file is required to reserve your appointment.
For bundle discounts or promotions, prepayment may be required.
🌿 Cancellations & Rescheduling
We kindly ask for 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Cancellations made within 24 hours will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
No-shows will be charged 100% of the service.
💫 Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time to enjoy the full experience.
If you’re more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled, and a fee may apply.
🌸 Payments
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and prepaid bundles.
ZELLE, VENMO and Cash Preferred
Bundle pricing must be prepaid to secure your discount.
🍃 Refunds & Satisfaction
Due to the nature of our services, all sales are final.
If you have any concerns with your service, please contact us within 48 hours so we can make it right.
