✨ Booking & Appointments

  • All appointments must be booked online through our scheduling system or text (904-209-9409)

  • A valid card on file is required to reserve your appointment.

  • For bundle discounts or promotions, prepayment may be required.

🌿 Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • We kindly ask for 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

  • No-shows will be charged 100% of the service.

💫 Late Arrivals

  • Please arrive on time to enjoy the full experience.

  • If you’re more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled, and a fee may apply.

🌸 Payments

  • We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and prepaid bundles.

  • ZELLE, VENMO and Cash Preferred

  • Bundle pricing must be prepaid to secure your discount.

🍃 Refunds & Satisfaction

  • Due to the nature of our services, all sales are final.

  • If you have any concerns with your service, please contact us within 48 hours so we can make it right.
